Why switch from Workspace to 365?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Both platforms are popular and good solutions for increased productivity and collaboration in the workplace. So you never really make a wrong choice with either. Still, one tool may be more efficient for a company than another.<\/p>\n

For example, we often see the switch to Microsoft 365 from Google Workspace in companies that in practice use many Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Many users, and therefore employees in the workplace, are more familiar with Microsoft’s software as they are available by default on a Windows computer. As a result, we often see employees choosing these Microsoft tools in practice anyway, rather than similar web applications from Google.<\/p>\n

For example, Google’s mail server (Google Mail – Gmail) uses labels, while Microsoft Exchange<\/a> is based on a folder structure.
